SilentHire brings companies and recruiters together: companies use the platform for free, recruiters propose candidate profiles with a transparent placement fee – or, for temporary staffing, a billing rate (usually an hourly rate) instead of a fee rate.

Important: After registration, companies provide their company details. SilentHire checks this information to ensure real companies and job postings. You can already create jobs during the review – recruiters will see them as soon as your company is verified.

Companies that register with SilentHire know that a placement fee becomes due to the recruiter upon a successful hire. Both sides start with clear, transparent terms – with no hidden costs.

Example: With an €80,000 annual gross salary and a 20% fee rate stated by the recruiter, that comes to a €16,000 placement fee – due only upon a successful hire, not before.
