For companies

Find recruiters for your open position

Post your job once and receive candidate proposals from several vetted recruiters.

Post your role without your company name. Verified recruiters, headhunters and staffing providers propose matching candidates – for a permanent hire (placement) or as temporary staffing. You see the fee before you say yes.

How it works

1

Post your job for free

Title, location and a short description, plus the job type: placement or temporary staffing. Your company name stays hidden.

2

Receive candidate proposals

Vetted recruiters submit anonymous candidate profiles.

3

Compare terms

For each profile you see the fee or billing rate before you release a contact. Questions can be settled first in the anonymous chat.

4

Release contact

If a candidate fits, release contact with one click. Both sides receive the contact details by email.

Placement or temporary staffing

Placement (permanent hire)

The candidate is employed by you. The recruiter states their fee as a percentage of the annual salary – you see it before you decide, and it is only due if you hire.

Temporary staffing (employee leasing)

The candidate stays employed by the staffing provider and works at your company – ideal for temporary or fluctuating needs. Instead of a fee, the provider states a billing rate, usually per hour. Only recruiters with a verified licence can offer temporary staffing.

You choose what you are looking for when you create the role. Compare the costs of placement and temporary staffing

Vacancy costs

What does an unfilled position cost you?

Every day without a hire costs value creation. Enter the salary – the result appears instantly.

Type of role

€480

per working day

€28,800

for 60 working days of vacancy

Estimate based on Dr. John Sullivan's widely used model (salary ÷ 250 working days × vacancy factor) – lost value creation, not an expense.

Your benefits at a glance

Verified discretion

Every CV is automatically checked for email addresses, phone numbers and links before it reaches you – including scanned documents and photos. You only see contact details after your release.

Consent confirmed

With every submission, the recruiter confirms that the candidate has agreed to be presented and has been informed – documented with a timestamp.

A relaxed start

During the first 30 days after your verification, missed deadlines only trigger reminders, not a block. That way you can get to know the process at your own pace.

Work as a team

Invite colleagues at no extra cost – everyone sees the same jobs and proposals and receives the notifications.

Response rules for companies

  • 1. Please respond to every request within 3 days.
  • 2. If the deadline passes, please send an availability request or decline so the recruiter gets a clear response.
  • 3. If you still don't respond, SilentHire automatically pauses your open roles and temporarily blocks posting new jobs – until all open requests have been accepted, declined, or clarified via an availability request. During the first 30 days after your verification you only receive reminders, no block.
  • 4. Please keep your jobs up to date: when we ask whether a position was filled or is still open, one click is enough. Without a reply we pause the job – nothing is deleted, and one click makes it active again.

These rules exist to ensure reliable collaboration between both sides on the platform.

Frequently asked questions from companies

What does SilentHire cost me as a company?

Using SilentHire is free for companies. Costs only arise from working with the chosen recruiter – the agreed fee for placements or the billing rate for temporary staffing.

What do recruiters see about my company?

Recruiters see the anonymized job with title, location and description. Your company name and contact details stay hidden until you actively accept a request.

When do recruiters see my contact details?

Only once you accept a proposal are your contact details shared as part of the contact release – by email and in the request.

How transparent is the fee?

Recruiters state their fee rate as a percentage of the annual gross salary. This rate is visible to you before you decide.

Can I also post temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) roles?

Yes. When you create a role, you choose between classic placement and temporary staffing. With temporary staffing, the candidate stays employed by the staffing agency and is only deployed at your company. You don't set a price – the recruiter states their billing rate per request, and you see it before releasing contact.

Can several people from our company use SilentHire?

Yes. As the account owner, you invite colleagues to your team by email. Team members see your jobs and proposals, can accept or decline proposals, manage jobs and receive the related email notifications – you still manage the company profile and the team. Team use is free as well.

What happens after the contact release?

Both sides receive the contact details by email and see them in the request. After that, you continue communicating directly with each other.
