For recruiters
Search mandates for recruiters – without cold-calling
For recruiters, headhunters, staffing agencies and specialized temp agencies: find anonymous jobs and propose candidates with your own terms.
You're not limited to classic placement, either: you can also offer temporary staffing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) through SilentHire and mark matching jobs accordingly.
How it works
Find jobs
Anonymous roles with location, short description and job type – placement or temporary staffing.
Submit a candidate profile
Upload the candidate profile, add a short note and your fee in % or your billing rate.
Contact release
Once the company accepts, both sides receive the contact details by email and in the request.
Search mandates without cold calling
Instead of calling companies one by one, on SilentHire you see positions for which companies are looking for support from recruiters – for a permanent hire through placement or as temporary staffing.
New positions by email
With the job alert you receive an email as soon as a matching position goes online – by keyword, location and radius.
Win new clients
If your candidate convinces, the company releases its contact details. From then on you work together directly – the start of a client relationship.
Placement and temporary staffing
Companies also post temporary staffing positions. You can propose candidates for them once your permit under § 1 AÜG has been verified.
Your benefits at a glance
100% of your fee
SilentHire takes no commission – you only pay the subscription. Example: €80,000 annual salary × 20% = €16,000 fee, of which €0 goes to SilentHire. Platforms with a commission model keep part of every fee instead.
Your candidate stays protected
The company only sees the anonymous profile. Contact details are only shared after it accepts – and your introduction is documented with a timestamp.
No duplicate submissions
If you accidentally submit the same documents twice for one job, SilentHire stops the second submission automatically – no confusion on the company's side.
Response rules for recruiters
- 1. Respond to availability requests within 3 days.
- 2. Only release contact if the candidate profile is actually still current.
- 3. If a candidate profile is no longer available, decline transparently.
- 4. Only submit candidates who have agreed to be presented anonymously and have been informed about the data processing – you confirm this with every submission. The note, profile text and file names must stay anonymous until the release: no email, phone number, links or other contact details.
- 5. After the contact release, the exchange continues directly and professionally by email.
These rules exist to ensure reliable collaboration between both sides on the platform.
Frequently asked questions from recruiters
How do I find new search mandates as a recruiter?
On SilentHire, companies post open positions and receive proposals from recruiters for them. You see the positions anonymously, propose matching candidates and state your fee. The job alert notifies you of new matching positions by email.
How do I win new clients as a headhunter without cold calling?
By reaching companies where they are searching right now: on SilentHire you see positions for which recruiters are explicitly wanted. If a company accepts your proposal, you receive its contact details and continue directly.
Are the positions exclusive?
No. Several recruiters can propose candidates for the same position. Your introduction is documented with a timestamp, and duplicate submissions of the same documents are detected.
Is SilentHire also suitable for headhunters, staffing agencies or temp agencies?
Yes. SilentHire is designed for recruiters, headhunters, staffing agencies and specialized temp agencies who want to present candidate profiles discreetly and in a structured way to companies looking to hire.
What does the company see about me before I'm released?
At first, the company only sees your anonymized recruiter profile, the anonymized candidate profile, your fee rate as a percentage, and your short note. Contact details only become visible once the company accepts the request.
How is my fee agreed?
For placements, you state your fee rate as a percentage of the annual gross salary. If the company accepts your candidate profile, this rate is the basis for the collaboration.
How does this work for temporary staffing, where there's no fee rate?
Instead of a % rate, you state your billing rate (usually hourly) directly in the request – companies don't set a price on temporary staffing jobs. You can also save a default billing rate in your profile, which pre-fills every new temporary staffing request automatically.
What does SilentHire cost me as a recruiter?
Every new recruiter registration starts with a 30-day free trial period. After that, you can choose between an annual and a monthly subscription. There is no commission on your fee – the subscription is the only charge. If more consultants from your agency work with you, each team member adds €79 (monthly plan) or €59 (annual plan) per month.
Can several consultants from my agency use SilentHire?
Yes. Once your profile is verified, you invite colleagues by email under “Account & settings” → “Agency team”. Each person works with their own login and only sees their own requests and candidate profiles; sharing login details is not allowed. Verification, the temporary staffing permit and the subscription run through your account, so team members do not need their own subscription. Each team member adds €79 (monthly plan) or €59 (annual plan) per month to your subscription.
What happens after the contact release?
Both sides receive the contact details by email and see them in the request. From then on, you communicate directly with each other.
